VOTER INFORMATION  

Every vote matters in the Bordentown Regional School District’s bond referendum. Voters will consider a proposal to generate the upfront funding needed to make improvements at all five district schools. 

If you are a registered voter in Bordentown City, Bordentown Township or Fieldsboro, make sure to cast your ballot by mail or in-person by Tuesday, Nov. 3.

Important Voter Deadlines 

Sept. 19: Mailing of Vote By Mail ballots begins (to those who have previously applied for a mail-in ballot) 

Oct. 13: Voter registration deadline 

Oct. 24 through Nov. 1: In-person early voting (see times and locations) 

Oct. 27: Deadline for the County Clerk’s Office to receive Vote By Mail applications for ballots to be mailed 

Nov. 2: Deadline to apply in person for a Vote By Mail ballot is 3 p.m. 

Nov. 3: Election Day. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.  

Register to Vote  

To participate in the Nov. 3 bond referendum, you must be registerd to vote, with your current name and address, by Oct. 13. Check your voter registration status. 

  • Register By Mail: Print out a form in English or Spanish and follow the directions.

Vote in Person  

Voters can take advantage of in-person early voting the week before Election Day (Oct. 24 through Nov. 1). Registered voters can vote at any one of Burlington County's 10 early voting locations. No appointment necessary (see times and locations). 

Residents may vote at their assigned polling locations on Tuesday, Nov. 3. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Your polling location will also appear on the sample ballot that you receive in the mail.

Ask for a PROVISIONAL BALLOT if you are told you can’t cast a regular ballot for any reason at the polls. These ballots are reviewed after polls close and paperwork can be examined more closely. Valid votes will be counted if they are not duplicates. This ensures the integrity of the election while also preserving legitimate votes. 

Vote By Mail    

Apply to Vote By Mail. To request a Vote By Mail ballot, download this application. The county must receive that application by Oct. 27 to mail you a ballot. You may also apply in person by 3 p.m. on Nov. 2 at the County Clerk’s Office, 50 Rancocas Road in Mount Holly, or the Burlington County Elections Building, 301 Harper Drive in Moorestown. 

Mail or drop off your ballot by the day of the election! All mailed ballots must be postmarked by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3. You may also deposit your Vote By Mail ballot in an official Burlington County secure ballot drop box by 8 p.m. on Nov. 3. A drop box is located outside the Bordentown Township Senior Community Center at 3 Municipal Drive. 

Ballots may also be delivered in person to the Burlington County Board of Elections, 301 Harper Drive in Moorestown, by 8 p.m. on Nov. 3.

Please note: Mail-in ballots cannot be submitted at polling places.
