New Student Registration

Please complete the New Student Registration process if your child:

• Is new to the Bordentown Regional School District
• Is transferring from another public, private, or charter school
• Previously attended Bordentown Regional School District but is not currently enrolled
• Is entering school for the first time and has not previously been registered with the district

Returning students who are currently enrolled in the district should not use the New Student Registration form.

Registration is completed online through PowerSchool Enrollment. To make the process as smooth as possible, we recommend gathering the following information and documents before you begin:

• Parent/guardian contact information
• Student birth certificate or other proof of age
• One primary proof of residency:
  • A deed or current mortgage statement for homeowners, or
  • The entire current lease for renters
    The document must be in the name of the parent/guardian.
• Two secondary proofs of residency:
  Two different utility bills that:
  • Are dated within the last 30 days
  • Include the parent/guardian’s name
  • Reflect a Bordentown residential address
• Immunization and health records
• Previous school information, if applicable
• Custody or guardianship documentation, if applicable
• Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 Plan, if applicable

Additional documentation may be requested by the district as part of the registration and residency verification process.

REGISTER A NEW STUDENT
 

You will be asked to create or sign in to a PowerSchool Enrollment account. This account allows you to save your progress and return to the registration if you are unable to complete it in one session.

Please complete a separate registration for each new student you are enrolling.

Submitting the online registration form begins the registration process. District or school staff will review the information and documentation you provide.

If additional information or documentation is needed, a staff member will contact you. Your child's registration is not considered complete until all required information and documentation have been received and verified.
